How to pay for medical services

There are various payment methods, whether you were in a consultation, outpatient or inpatient departments:

  • You pay for yourself out of pocket
  • Your insurance company pays for you
  • Third party pays for you

Before starting a treatment, consultation or procedure, you must provide payment details, regardless of who pays for your treatment.

You pay for yourself

Prior to treatment, consultation or procedure, you must provide payment details, regardless of who pays for your treatment.

  • If you are self-paying, you will be asked to pay a deposit or the entire cost of the service immediately prior to treatment.
  • You can choose the package price, or pay for every medical procedure separately. As a rule, the price of the package service is fixed, but sometimes, if you need to provide additional services, you may be billed additionally. Do not forget to specify which services are included in package cost.
  • For patients who have made a deposit, the balance information is provided and if we see that the treatment costs may exceed the deposit, we will notify you.
Outpatients
  • Patients receiving outpatient services are required to bring proof of payment prior the procedure/examination.
Medical insurance
  • We have direct service contracts with major insurance companies specializing in private health insurance. All you need to do when applying is to provide us with information about your insurance and if the service you need is covered by the terms of your contract, then we will issue account directly with your insurance company.
  • In cases where your insurance company refuses to pay, the cost of treatment may fall on your shoulders
  • If you are receiving outpatient treatment, we will need confirmation from your insurance company before starting treatment/consultation
Third party pays for you
  • If your company pays for your treatment, or the embassy for example, please make sure they have a direct contract with our clinic.
  • If the contract is not concluded, we will need a letter of guarantee from your company/embassy before starting treatment/consultation.
Payment for services

We accept cash, bank transfers and payment cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro. We also work with Kaspi Gold QR, Kaspi Gold and Kaspi Red.
