RULES FOR FREE ROUTINE PLANNED HOSPITALIZATION:

1.The issue of hospitalization in the hospital is decided based on the recommendations of your doctor.

2.If the attending physician is not an employee of your local polyclinic, you must contact the local polyclinic, where the necessary pre-hospital examinations are carried out in full.

3.The polyclinic doctor decides whether the patient needs to be hospitalized.

4.The choice of the hospital is carried out according to your desire and subject to availability

5.The polyclinic doctor issues a referral according to your choice, indicating the code and date of hospitalization, and registers the patient's data on the Portal of the Bureau of Hospitalization.

6.The referral contains an automatically generated code for planned hospitalization and the date of hospitalization.

7.The patient must arrive for hospitalization at the time specified in the referral.
