Maintaining zero nosocomial infection
Since the establishment of the Almaty SEMA hospital, there has not been a single case of infection with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).
Patients of the risk group undergo a preventive examination for carriage of Staphylococcus aureus and, if detected, are treated before hospitalization.
The average number of patients per nurse is no more than 4:1, which allows us to provide our patients with individual care and guarantee high standards of care and hygiene.
Our clinic follows the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the requirements of the hygenic sanitary standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The clinic staff speaks Kazakh, Russian, Turkish and English languages.
