In order to determine the degree of satisfaction with the level and quality of medical care for our patients, as well as to identify problematic issues and further quality improvement in providing medical care, PATIENT SUPPORT SERVICE AND INTERNAL AUDIT conducts surveys of our patients and (or) their relatives. The questionnaire is conducted on a voluntary basis, with your anonymity preserved, so it is not required to indicate your name or address in the questionnaire. «Help and TrustLine» was organized with the purpose of promptly responding to citizens appeals on the organization and quality of medical services provided, combating corruption, to ensure the protection of the rights and interests of citizens and allows for feedback to solve their problems in a timely manner. All appeals of citizens on the «helpline» are recorded in the register of appeals in the approved form. «Help and Trust Line» working hours from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm at 8727-3-100-103 on business days of the week (with lunchbreak from 13.00 to 14.00) with the provision of information and consulting assistance.
