Preparing for check up
Dear Patient, We are delighted that you have chosen our center to evaluate what matters most: health. We would like to inform you about the simple preparation before the check up:
1.You should come for a medical examination on an empty stomach, i.e. do not eat or drink anything for 5-6 hours after the last meal (even water).
2. Please exclude brown bread, milk, peas, beans, cabbage, fresh vegetables, fruits and sweet dishes from your diet the day before. These products cause flatulence, which creates difficulties during ultrasound. Also, severe physical, psycho-emotional overload, overeating and alcohol consumption are undesirable.
3. You can brush your teeth on the morning of the examination.
4.Clothing and shoes should be comfortable for you, preferably sportwear.
5. When passing the check-up, you do not need to cancel the medications that you take constantly, just bring them with you to the clinic. You can take them after the tests.
6. Blood and urine tests will be taken at the clinic. You can also collect a urine test at home in advance, following the urine collection technique: the average morning portion after hygiene in a sterile container. Sterile containers for analyzes are sold in pharmacies or issued free of charge at our clinic.
7. If a stool test is scheduled for your examination, please bring stool with you in a special container, or you can have a stool sample collected at the clinic.
8. Woman check-up should be done on the 6th-8th day of the cycle.
9. In men, when performing ultrasound of the bladder and prostate, the bladder should be full. You can come to the clinic with a full bladder, or after sampling, you will be given the opportunity to fill it again by drinking water.
10. If you have an examination by an ophthalmologist, then we do not recommended to drive a car for 2 hours after his visit.
